John Pugno – Director of Operations.
Entrepreneur, Clean Energy Specialist and Consultant, John began his career in the Logistics Industry with DHL. In 2004, John decided to move into the green sector to work as a Marketing Manager of an organic farm located in Oaxaca, Mexico where he oversaw the installation of his first solar photovoltaic system. Two years later he returned to Mexico City to take on the Director’s position of the nonprofit organization, International Renewable Resources Institute of Mexico (IRRI-Mexico). During his tenure he gained experience in solar thermal and solar photovoltaic education, training and installations, the specialties of IRRI-Mexico. In mid-2007, he took on a new role managing a Kyoto Protocol carbon bond program for Ford Motor Company. In May of 2008, John, along with two partners, launched Green Go Live, S.A. de C.V., a consulting & engineering firm based in Mexico and focused on clean energy implementation, targeting corporate and government projects. Upon returning to Southeast Michigan in April of 2009, John joined forces with three lifetime friends to form e4 Global, LLC, a Green Energy Consulting firm working with residential and commercial customers.
Christopher McCoy – Director of Sales and Marketing.
Chris brings more than 10 years of high level marketing and sales experience to e4 Global, LLC. Prior to joining e4 Global, LLC, he worked as the director of marketing for one of Miami’s premier night clubs, Dream. While producing events in Miami he was also an associate publisher of Two Mundos Magazine, a bilingual fashion and entertainment magazine with distribution in seven major cities in North and South America. Christopher McCoy is a graduate of Madonna University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Eight years ago he founded Swank Entertainment, a strategic marketing and event production company that is notable for its weekly Eco events, The Green Partys.
James Neil – Director of Finance.
Jim began his career as an embedded systems software engineer in the Embedded Solutions department of EDS after graduating with high distinction from the University of Michigan, Dearborn with a degree in Electrical Engineering in December 2000. His most notable projects included the design and testing of an engine control module bench simulator and coding for an Adaptive Cruise Control system. Following this experience, he pursued a career in sales working for a local metro-Detroit mortgage company in 2003. He gained essential knowledge and experience in sales and residential real estate working in a smaller firm, and has since moved on to the largest mortgage company in the United States, working at Bank of America Home Loans since September 2008. He was recently recognized as the #2 individual producer in volume for the entire Midwest region for 2009. He has since formed an energy consulting company, e4 Global, LLC in 2009 that specializes in residential and commercial green energy projects. Jim has extensive knowledge in electronics and software as well as finance, economic markets and residential real estate.
David Drake – Director of Administration.
David serves as a legal consultant and business planning advisor. Prior to joining e4 Global, LLC, he worked in the banking and finance industry at several companies including Intuit, Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. A recent graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, David is currently employed by the Michigan law firm Foster, Swift, Collins, & Smith, P.C. in Lansing, Michigan.
